🔐 Account & Profile
- How do I edit my profile?
Go to My Profile → tap the edit icon to update your details, role, bio, and work experience.
- Can I make my profile private?
Yes. Tap the settings icon on your profile and toggle between Public, Friends-Only, or Private mode.
💼 Jobs & Applications
- How can I find jobs?
Visit the Jobs tab to browse verified teaching and school roles. Filter by subject, location, or board.
- Can I upload my resume?
Yes. Go to My Profile → tap “Upload Resume.” Your resume will auto-attach when applying to jobs.
👥 Connections & Chalkmates
- What are Chalkmates?
Chalkmates are your fellow educators. You can send and accept connection requests to grow your network.
- How do I accept or reject requests?
Go to Network → Requests to manage all incoming and outgoing Chalkmate connections.
🛠️ Technical Issues
- The app isn’t loading or crashes — what do I do?
Try clearing the cache or reinstalling the app. If the issue continues, contact us below.
- I’m not receiving notifications.
Ensure notifications are enabled in your phone and within the app under Settings → Notifications.
